今年以来，全球局势更加动荡不安，俄乌冲突尚未结束，伊以冲突骤然升温，金砖国家所秉持的“开放、包容、合作、共赢”精神显得愈加独特而珍贵。

2025年7月3日，北京对话将与巴西金砖政策中心在里约热内卢共同举办“2025金砖峰会展望：里约—北京对话会”，邀请中巴两国政府官员、知名学者、行业代表与媒体人士，聚焦“绿色发展与可持续金融”“多极化背景下的地缘政治合作”“金砖机制与中巴关系”等议题，共同探讨金砖合作新趋势。

此前，北京对话主办了2023年8月“展望南非金砖峰会”研讨会、2024年5月“金砖国家货币和金融体系改革”对话会、2024年8月“金砖国家与多极世界2024对话会”。

本次对话会结束后，主办方将发布对话成果综述与政策建议报告，为金砖合作机制提供智力支持。我们诚邀社会各界关注本次对话，并就对话内容提出宝贵意见和建议。我们一起为动荡的世界注入稳定力量和繁荣之源。

In 2025, the world finds itself in an increasingly volatile landscape. The conflict in Ukraine continues without resolution, while the sudden escalation of tensions between Israel and Iran has further heightened geopolitical uncertainty. Against this backdrop, the core BRICS principles of openness, inclusiveness, cooperation, and mutual benefit have become more valuable and more urgently needed than ever.

On the eve of the 2025 BRICS Leaders’ Summit, which will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Beijing Club for International Dialogue, a new Beijing-based think tank dedicated to advancing South-South cooperation and North-South dialogue, will co-host the “2025 Outlook for BRICS Summit: Rio–Beijing Dialogue” together with the BRICS Policy Center on July 3. The forum will convene Chinese and Brazilian policymakers, prominent scholars, industry leaders, and media professionals to engage in high-level exchanges around three key themes: green development and sustainable finance; geopolitical cooperation in a multipolar world; and the evolving China-Brazil relationship under the BRICS framework.

This event builds on a growing series of BRICS-focused dialogues hosted by the Beijing Club in recent years, including the “Outlook for the BRICS Summit” in August 2023, the May 2024 roundtable on “BRICS and Reform of the International Financial System,” and the August 2024 conference “BRICS in a Multipolar World.”

Following the July 3 event, the organizers will release a summary report and policy recommendations drawn from the discussion, offering constructive input for the BRICS cooperation agenda. We warmly invite all interested stakeholders to engage with this dialogue and contribute their perspectives. In a world facing growing instability, we hope to strengthen consensus and plant new seeds of stability and shared prosperity.
